Boys High Jump
With our team decimated by the AP European exam we began our round-about journey to the New Hampshire border. Since this was the 2nd meet of 3 in 4 days the athletes chose their own events for this race. Some did their normal events, some out something new, some focused on one thing in particular to get some rest for our big MAISAD championship meet looming on the horizon. Lianna Hachborn got back into vaulting for the first time this season with only 1 day of practice and was able to PR by a foot and grab a state qualifying height. Henry Sterling and Asad Dahia had a high jump battle with Asad coming out on top after a tie at 5’3″ forced the decision based on misses. Ali O’Reilly worked some kinks out

of her shotput technique and had a huge season best qualifying for the state championship and our Senior girls decided to throw together a 4x100m relay for fun and ended up winning the race by a large margin with a season best time. For full results click here
