After a thunderstorm delay at the Scarborough track on Tuesday the meet was cancelled and rescheduled for Wednesday. With AP exams looming and Senior final exams during the week we decided the best idea was to make this meet optional. Over half the team still decided to show and produce some great results. The meet started off with our Boys 4×800 team winning a very close race over Class A Scarborough and clocking one of the top times in the state so far. On the relay were Alex Coffin, Asad Dahia, Cam Regan, and Henry Sterling. Shortly after the finish of the 4×800 Hannah Bewsey continued her assault on the school record books clearing 5’3″ breaking the HJ record she set last week. This height makes her the current leader in the state for the high jump. It was a very windy day down in Scarborough but that didn’t seem to stop the athletes on the track from setting season bests all day long. For full results click here
