Runners should report to the ice rink parking lot at 2:30 for the bus ride over to Falmouth.
The meet will be at Falmouth Community Park (not Falmouth High School!). Here are directions to the park. Once you get to the park, keep heading back, past all the soccer fields, to the end.
Boys race at 4:30 and girls at 5:00.
Its going to be pretty warm today. Everyone should bring water and a snack. Make sure your runner hydrates properly throughout the day.
