The boys race at 12:30 and the girls at 1:15. Award ceremony to follow, but I would figure on about an hour after the girls race ends for the officials to fully tabulate and double-check the results.
Race officials have asked us to let parents know that no pets are allowed on site.
I expect our return to NYA to be at about 5:00.
The cost for the hotel will be $35 per person. I have put the rooms on my personal credit card, so each student can pay me in cash or with a check made out to Peter Sillin.
Everyone should bring extra money for dinner and other incidentals. We will eat dinner on Friday in the hotel restaurant.
The weather looks good for Saturday, but I would still advise bringing plenty of layers since even a modest breeze can feel cold after standing out in it for a while.
